behind the
decks
NicoTean is a German electronic music DJ whose journey behind the decks began in 1996. Rooted in the German underground electronic music scene, his career has developed across clubs, festivals and open air events in Europe, Malta and Southeast Asia.
Over three decades, he has moved between performing, organising events and building his own projects. From the German club scene and international appearances across Europe to more than a decade in Malta and four consecutive winter seasons in Thailand, electronic music has remained a constant throughout his journey.
Today, NicoTean’s sets move naturally between Deep House, Progressive House and Deep Techno. His approach is built around hypnotic grooves, melodic progression and long, flowing transitions, shaped by experience rather than trends and always focused on the dancefloor.
